Phase 2: 10 Week Food Reintroduction Phase
This program includes:
- One on one coaching sessions every 2 weeks (approx. 30 minutes per session).
- 120 Delicious “Snack” drink packets commonly referred to as “Ultra Lites”(same as used in Phase I).
- However, you will begin reducing number of packets per day.
- Program Manual: Provides Food Lists and helpful information about food sensitivities, maintaining a good weight range and more.
- Necessary Program Sheets: Diet Journals and Daily Food Templates.
- Health Questionnaire Analysis with Graph: We will recheck your questionnaire after you have completed Phase I to show how dietary changes have positively affected your overall health.
In addition, you will also receive:
- Unlimited email support between our sessions.
- Receive guidance on stress management, fitness and additional self care processes and activities.
- Menu suggestions.
- Tips on how to eat well in restaurants, while traveling or celebrating those special occasions.
- Informative articles.
- Gentle, easy to implement recommendations for making significant food and lifestyle changes.
- You have an weekly accountability partner – a Health and Weight Loss Expert.
- Specials from partnering local spas, gyms and more.
- Compassionate counseling is the cornerstone of this successful program.
